This is a great way to strengthen your core muscles. Unlike exercises on the floor, pilates on the swissball provides:

- further progressions, often requiring more advanced control.
Swissball exercises for conditioning & core stability
The swiss ball has the unique quality of allowing a huge range of movement that simply cannot be achieved on the floor. For most exercises, only body weight is required for resistance. the same exercises can be very easy or quite challenging depending on each individuals position on the ball.
The swissball is unique because if its unstable base of support, so balance is required for any exercises performed on the ball.
