Group Training - Cardio, Weights and Circuit training classes
Circuit Training
A great class for beginners and experienced individuals as you go hard for two minutes on each piece of equipment.
Using spin bikes, rowing machines and X-Trainer, along with all the regular gym equipment like dumbbells, fit balls, cables and smith machine (bench press).
So as you can see, this class covers cardio, and resistance training.
It’s hard work but fun, exciting and rewarding.
Sessions run for one hour.

Cardio and Weights
Using most of the equipment we use in the circuit class with emphasis on the dumbbells and fit balls.
Usually working in pairs helping and motivating each other. Keeping the heart rate up.
