Hunters Fitness Management daylight saving / summer boot camps
The
boot camps will be back.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings 6.00am - 7.00am
A combination of cardio and resistance training workouts at the studio and local park (weather permitting) to get your body in shape for the upcoming summer.
So put the bikini and speedos on layby.
Monday - Circuit Training in the studio which is both a cardio and weights session.
Wednesday - Fit-BOX Cardio Boxing Class
Friday - Cardio at the park, running, jumping, lugging weights. Maybe even the 1000 steps in Ferntree Gully.
