Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings 6.00am - 7.00am

A combination of cardio and resistance training workouts at the studio and local park (weather permitting) to get your body in shape for the upcoming summer.

So put the bikini and speedos on layby.

Monday - Circuit Training in the studio which is both a cardio and weights session.
Wednesday - Boxing Class
Friday - Cardio at the park, running, jumping, lugging weights. Maybe even the 1000 steps in Ferntree Gully.

  • 6 week package ONLY $270.00 - includes a weigh in at the 1st and final sessions.

This program is very popular and is used by a lot of sporting clubs.

Building teamwork and achieving goals as a group. The program focuses on different aspects that everyone should develop to be a winning team. A number of different locations can be incorporated if desired.

Cost effective and highly recommended by current clients.

You determine how many sessions per week and over how many weeks the program runs for. We are very flexible and are happy to tailor a program to suit all of your needs.

An example of this would be 1-2 sessions per week for 45-60mins each over 4-8 weeks.
